bKash payment is available on the Business and Pro plans. After upgrading, go to your store Dashboard → Settings → Payments and enter your bKash merchant or personal number. Contact us on WhatsApp if you need help during setup.
From your Dashboard, go to Orders, find the order you want to ship, and click "Book Courier". Select Steadfast, Pathao, or RedX, confirm the details, and the booking is sent automatically. You'll get a tracking number to share with your customer.
Yes! Custom domain is included in the Business and Pro plans. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Domain, enter your domain name, and follow the DNS setup instructions. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll do the setup for you free of charge.
After your 1-month free trial, your store will be paused until you upgrade to a paid plan. Your data and products are kept safe. You can upgrade anytime from Dashboard → Subscription. If you need more time, contact us on WhatsApp.
