Terms of Service

Welcome to StoreBuilder. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StoreBuilder platform ("Service") operated by OrDevs Technologies. By registering or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the platform. If you disagree with any part, you must not use StoreBuilder.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh. By using StoreBuilder, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You must notify us immediately at info@storebuilder.com.bd if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • One person or entity may not operate more than one free trial account.

3. Services Provided

StoreBuilder provides a SaaS eCommerce platform including online store creation, product management, payment integration (bKash, Nagad, COD), courier booking (Steadfast, Pathao, RedX), sales analytics, and related tools for Bangladeshi entrepreneurs.

4. Free Trial

  • New users receive a 1-month free trial with up to 10 products and COD payment support.
  • Only one free trial is allowed per person or business.
  • After the trial period, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
  • All fees are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
  • Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of your store.

6. Refund Policy

StoreBuilder offers a free trial for new users. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable. If you believe there has been an error in billing, contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@storebuilder.com.bd.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StoreBuilder to:

  • Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods and services
  • Engage in fraud, scamming, or deceptive practices
  • Upload or distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws of Bangladesh
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

StoreBuilder grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of our platform or codebase.

Content you create (products, store design, customer data) belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to display and process this content solely to provide the Service.

9. Third-Party Integrations

StoreBuilder integrates with third-party services such as courier companies and payment processors. These integrations are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreBuilder and OrDevs Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary downtime.

12. Account Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.
  • Upon termination, your store and data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request a data export during this period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of StoreBuilder after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
